Planned Gifts Print E-mail

Planned GiftsIn certain instances, it may be preferable from an estate or financial and tax-planning perspective to consider long-term planned giving as the best way to make a gift. This can be accomplished through various gift instruments, such as charitable remainder trusts, life insurance, charitable lead trusts, and bequests. Planned gifts to the University are recognized by two societies: Lambuth University Legacy Society or Lambda-Eta Sigma Society.

The Lambuth University Legacy Society

The Lambuth Legacy Society is a very special group of alumni and friends who have provided for the University in their estate plans through wills, trusts or life insurance. These gifts help to ensure that future generations of Lambuth students will receive an outstanding liberal arts and Christian-centered education. Lambuth Legacy Society members are recognized by the University on a membership roll and are invited to attend special events, luncheons, and receptions.

Lambda-Eta Sigma Society

The Lambda-Eta Sigma Society is a very special group of alumni and friends who have provided for Lambuth through a planned gift. This leadership endowment society recognizes an individual or individuals that have donated money to a planned gift or have endowed a scholarship with the University. These gifts help to ensure that future generations of Lambuth students will receive an outstanding liberal arts and Christian-centered education. The Lambda-Eta Legacy Society members are recognized by the University on a membership roll and are invited to attend special events, luncheons, and receptions.
